How to use

  • Configure the interval duration and total repetition count in the settings.
  • Choose a sport mode like yoga, stretching, or indoor training for your exercise.
  • Scroll down to the SuuntoPlus™ section, find the Box Breathing app, and select it.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to guide your breathing.
  • Complete the session feeling refreshed and centered.
  • Each breathing cycle is saved as a lap, allowing you to review how your heart rate became calmer with each breath cycle after the session.
