How it works

  1. Open Suunto App → find Parkrun under SuuntoPlus™ apps settings.
  2. Enter your personal parkrun ID (Axxxxx).
  3. Sync your Suunto watch.
  4. Start your run and open the Parkrun S+ app from your watch.
  5. Your QR code will be generated and shown directly on the screen — ready to scan at the finish.
